The Predator Orion 9000 can deliver unprecedented raw power and responsiveness that is vital in today's fast gaming demands, not only by the processor but also every other component in it. Gamers have the option to choose between the 2-way multiple graphics of Radeon RX Vega or GeForce GTX 1080 Ti in SLI in order to play their favorite games with high resolution in stereo and at high refresh rates. Acer has also added a 'Turbo' button at the top of the desktop so that gamers can overclock it with just a single press of a button.

Running games in high settings will increase a rig's temperature easily. To combat this issue, the Predator Orion 9000 is equipped with Acer's IceTunnel 2.0, an advanced airflow management solution which smartly separates the different thermal zone of the system, each with its own airflow tunnel to expel heat. This thermal innovation also allows the desktop to draw in more cold air while dispersing hot air of the liquid-cooled CPU. Part of the airflow is redirected towards the back of the motherboard tray to cool the storage devices. The blower-style coolers for graphic cards evacuate the heat from the back, while the self-contained PSU blocks the system heat by a cover to avoid thermal interference.

Another thing that sets the Predator Orion 9000 apart from other desktop is that it has an adaptable chassis that allows the upgrading of CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, and thermal system without any hassle, by simply removing the side window panels. The 16.8 million colors RGB lights in the desktop allows gamers to personalize it with the brand new PredatorSense 3.0, which also can be used to control the fan speed, monitor, and optimize CPU performance. For the sake of portability, the Predator Orion 9000 comes with two handles at the top and two wheels so that it can be moved around easily despite its humongous size.
