The Legends Circuit Malaysia Top 16 Group Stage Draw to be Broadcasted Live

For all the local League of Legends e-sports fans, The Legends Circuit Malaysia live group stage seeding draw will commence at 7pm, on the 19th January 2017. 16 teams that qualified for The Legends Circuit will be seeded randomly for the upcoming battles on Summoner's Rift.

Tournament Details

All teams will be split into 4 groups of 4 teams, and each team will face other teams in the same group twice in round robin, best of one format. Group stage matches will be played from every Thursdays to Sundays from 9th of February till 19th of February in online and offline venues, tie breakers will be held on the 20th of February if it is needed. The top two teams from each group will move on to playoffs and will receive an incentive of RM2,000 per team. As for the eliminated teams, they will also receive RM1,000 per team.

For quarter-finals, the remaining 8 teams will fight their way into the semi-finals in single elimination, best of 5 format,and will take place in both online and offline venue from 2nd till 5th of March, and the incentive for quarter-finalists will be increased to RM5,000. As for semi-finals, teams will face off in a yet to be determined offline venue on the 11th and 12th March. Teams that failed to make it to finals will battle for 3rd place for a higher prize money. Another perks for being a semi-finalists is that the teams will remain in The Legends Circuit for the next season. Details on the final match has not been announced yet and we will follow up on it once Garena post it up.
