Wanna play Uncharted 4 on PC? You probably can, but before that can happen some waiting has to be done first. But as they say, things are better late than never, and after an unspecified amount of waiting you'll be able to experience your favourite PS4 games on PC via PlayStation Now.
The PlayStation Now streaming service allows as many as 483 PS3 games to be streamed to PS4s and Windows PCs, and once the PS4 games join the fray the number of streamable games is sure to rocket upwards. They won't require a separate subscription either but will instead be included with your current subscription or - if you haven't signed up yet - a single subscription.
In a post, Senior Marketing Manager Brian Dunn said that a private test will be carried out in the next few weeks, and active PS Now subscribers have the chance to get an invite through email. Further information will have to wait till things are closer to launch. Hopefully, that information won't include something like: "Hey guys, Uncharted 4 wil not be part of PS Now!"
Since both the PS3 and PS4 game catalogues will be part of the same subscription, the seven-day free trial will most likely let you try out PS4 games too, so if you've only become curious about the service now you can probably wait in the meantime. Or you can just go ahead and try it out now anyway and reconnect with some old favourites in the process.
Dunn also shared a list of some of the most popular games on PlayStation Now in February, with Red Dead Redemption and The Last of Us being among them. Here's the list he provided:
Last month, it was announced that the PS Now service would be discontinued on PS3, PS Vita and PS TV, along with all Sony Bravia TV models from 2013 to 2015 , all Sony Blu-ray player models and all Samsung TV models.
