Mobile gaming has reached a new high in modern society, as anyone can now game anywhere, but sometimes, we have games that require additional help in order to gain an advantage, and on a mobile device, it's usually not an easy feat. Recently, however, we had an encounter with the all-new, all-different Gamevice for the iPhone 7 and 6.

If anything, mobile gaming has shined most of its spotlight towards the Android series but when it comes to the iOS devices, it's usually mellow and quiet. But with the Gamevice controller, we can now play the same games in a different perspective. The device is an easy plug and plays with the user sliding in their iPhone 7/6 into the Lightning port.

In order to play games via the Gamevice, players will have to download the companion Gamevice app which catalogs the list of games that you can play with the Gamevice. One of the highlights of this device is the Street Fighter IV: Champion Edition, which allows you to maximise your fighting potential with the additional analog sticks, XYAB buttons and the additional R and L buttons. If you have played the game before, pulling off the combos on your iOS devices is usually hard to manage with just a touchscreen, but with the Gamevice, we can pull continuous combo strings easily with the additional inputs.

Additionally, the device also has a separate power source which means that it will not drain your iOS device's battery when in operation. You will also be able to keep the device in your pockets when not in use with its flexible straps which folds on itself. For those on the go, there is a headphone jack within the device enabling you to finally use any legacy based headphones or earphones on your iOS device while you play.

All in all, it’s high time that the Apple devices get some gaming support, especially with the rise of the mobile gaming ecosystem shaping our gaming landscape today and if you like what you have read, you can buy the device for only USD99 and for those who have Samsung S8 and S8+, Gamevice has a pre-order price of USD69.90 for their upcoming Android support. You can check out their full price list here for their available devices. For those of you who would like to stand a chance to get one for free, check out our giveaway here.
