Paladins Is Now Free To Play On Nintendo Switch

The hugely popular first-person shooter Paladins is available for free on Nintendo Switch right now!

Prior to this, Paladins could only be played on the console via purchasing the Founder’s Pack. Through the Founder’s Pack, players can get into an early access of Paladins including an immediate unlock for all Champions with their voice packs and some of the exclusive cosmetics.

Paladins Founder’s Pack has spent a month in the Nintendo eShop even though the game is already free-to-play on other platform like PC. With this info, players can enjoy Paladins for free but there is still a purchasing system in place such as for cosmetics. Switch players can also play together with Xbox One players, thanks to crossplay multiplayer.

As Paladins is now free to play on Switch, Hi-Rez Studios has also unveiled a new Team Deathmatch map, Abyss and its newest Champion, Koga. The deadly ninja Koga joins the roster as the first Champion who has no cooldown abilities. Instead, he consumes his three-bar Energy, which is a resource that regenerates over time. He can also flank by climbing the walls and unleash his claws to the enemies.
