Noctis from Final Fantasy XV will be joining the Tekken 7 roster as a DLC

The Crown Prince of Lucis, Noctis Lucis Caelum from Final Fantasy XV is set to be part of the Tekken 7 roster as a DLC character in Spring 2018.

Bandai Namco has collaborated with other fighting game companies such as Capcom and SNK to include Akuma from Street Fighter and Geese Howard from King of Fighters for Tekken 7. This time around, they have decided to work with Square Enix to make Noctis a playable character in their latest fighting game which was released back in June this year.

Based on the announcement trailer released by Bandai Namco, Noctis can be seen putting his Engine Blade to good use while dishing out magic attacks to enemies. Along with Noctis, there will also be a new Final Fantasy XV stage coming to Tekken 7 which will most likely be called Hammerhead, the gas station and repair shop you first arrived when playing Final Fantasy XV. The trailer also did not fail to tease about Final Fantasy XV: Monster of the Deep, where Noctis and Lars are seen fishing together.

While the wait for Noctis is gonna be a long one, we have only one month left until Geese Howard enters the Mishima Dojo. Since Noctis is here in Tekken, will we see a Tekken character like Jin or Kazuya featured in Dissidia Final Fantasy NT? Guess waiting is the only way to find out.
