It’s been 2 months since Nioh was released, and if most of you are still dying over and over again have completed the grueling adventure, you’ll soon have a reason to unsheathe your katana. The first paid expansion for the game, Dragon of the North launches on May 2, along with a free PvP update.

This will be the first of three premium DLC packs announced for Nioh, which will take place following the events of the war at Sekigahara. Players will get new weapons, scenarios, characters, guardian spirits, yokai and stages.

A PvP mode will also be implemented via a free update on the same day that the DLC drops, pitting online players against each other. You can pick up the DLC for $9.99, or you can get the Season Pass for $24.99, which also includes the Defiant Honor and Bloodshed’s End DLC packs.
