With the premiere of the much-anticipated Tomb Raider film starring Alicia Vikander as the titular heroine, Square Enix is giving gamers another dose of Lara Croft: she's going to be a playable character in Final Fantasy Brave Exvius! The collaboration event will be featured in the free-to-play RPG for only a limited time, from March 9th ‘till March 22nd. This version of Lara will be from Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris wherein players must finish the first event stage or collect daily login bonuses to unlock the playable heroine! Do note that the daily login bonuses will end a day earlier, on March 21st, but fret not as such bonuses come with generous gifts, including 10+1 Summon Ticket and Lapis.

The event will also allow players to fight the infamous Apep Serpent boss from the aforementioned game in a special raid. Players will also be able to snag limited edition characters with special skins like Explorer Aileen, Divine Soleil and Pharoah Abel through summon pickups throughout the game.

Aside from that, there will be other updates added to the game during the special event too whereby from March 9th, new players can obtain the 5* max Level Ashe (Final Fantasy XII) from the tutorial gacha and acquire 5* Lightning (Final Fantasy XIII) as a reward through the Rookie Mission. There are many more perks that you can obtain at various levels during the special event, so be on the lookout for them!

Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, which has recently surpassed more than 30 million downloads, is available in the App Store, Google Play and Amazon App Store.
