A clash between two giants is about to take place as Kuala Lumpur Hunters and Swestic are about to go head to head in The Legends Circuit (TLC) Malaysia 2017 Grand Finals.

TLC is the League of Legends premier league in Malaysia. The tournament has featured 165 teams from 9 states, which are Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor, Terengganu, Perak, Kelantan, Sabah, Penang and Pahang. All 165 teams have gone through numerous stages of tournaments such as Novice Cup and Semi-Pro Cup in order to proof that they deserve to be in the highest level of tournament, TLC.

For the first time ever, TLC Malaysia will be held in Penang, at Prangin Mall on 25 March 2017. The prize pool for this year's tournament is worth more than RM150,000, and champion of TLC Malaysia will be awarded with RM40,000 cash prize and also the opportunity to represent Malaysia in the upcoming League of Legends SEA tournament, Garena Premier League (GPL), where the winner will advance to the Play-In stage of Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) to fight for a spot in the group stage of the tournament.

Kuala Lumpur Hunters (KLH) have their sights set on the top prize of this tournament and retain their tilte as the best team in Malaysia. KLH has been dubbed as the best team in Malaysia for years and they are undoubtedly the clear favourites to lift the trophy once more, and heading back to GPL 2017 to redeem themselves for last year's loss, even though they had a good run.

On the other corner of Summoners Rift stands the underdogs of TLC, Swestic. The team were recently crowned as runner-up for the League of Champions tournament in Thailand, and they have returned stronger, better, and had proven themselves to be true contenders to end the domination of KLH.

Besides from watching all the action live at Prangin Mall, event attendees can also take part in various activities and contest for a chance to walk away with exclusive League of Legends goodies as well as gaming peripherals. It's still not too late to head over to Penang now if you wanna enjoy all the fun and action there. Unable to attend the event? You can still watch it live at live.garena.com.
