International Mobile Gaming Awards SEA Extends Its Games Submission Date

By Intan Mawarni on Jul 31, 2018

The International Mobile Gaming Awards Southeast Asia (IMGA SEA) returns for its third time and this time around the ceremony will be held at Manilla, Philippines. The IMGA SEA recognises some of the finest mobile games in the region through mobile games submissions; from a diverse range of creative game makers that includes indie game developers, students and researchers to leading game publishers and developers.

Last year’s IMGA SEA unveiled the submission of 65 games from Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines. There were 13 categories being presented to the respective winners during the mobile game awards ceremony. Among the accolades in the IMGA SEA is Grand Prix category, which was won by Kurechii from Malaysia with their RPG game, Postknight. Find out the list of the winners for other categories here.

This year’s IMGA SEA will continue their efforts to highlight and acknowledge mobile game talents that are based here. Although the submission date has initially ended on 23 July, fret not! IMGA SEA is extending its submission date for 15 more days to 15 August 2018!

So, calling all Southeast Asian mobile game developers who have published their games after May 2017 or yet to be published, now is your chance to participate in this prestigious celebration of mobile games in Southeast Asia! You can submit your mobile games via this link.
