Hunt And Slay Monsters As Link In Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate!

By Intan Mawarni on Jul 23, 2018

For the first time ever, the Monster Hunter series will be making its inaugural entrance to Nintendo Switch with Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate! As the monster-hunting game will be coming soon next month, you can look forward to the Nintendo and Capcom crossover between The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild and Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate.

Similar to the original Japanese version of the game, the Switch version will allow you to play as Link equipped with his weapons and gears in the game. Check out how Link fits into the landscape of Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate in the video below:

In the video, Link appears to be using an Ancient Bow and wearing a similar attire to Breath of The Wild. Link is not the only one included in this crossover. You can also customise Palico to dress up like a Korok or a Toon Link as shown below.

Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate is the Western version of Monster Hunter XX, which was launched last year on 3DS and Switch in Japan. The game has online and local multiplayer options with up to three players as well as save data transfer feature from Monster Hunter Generations 3DS version to the Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate Switch version.

Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate will be launched to Nintendo Switch on 28 August 2018.
