E-Sports Legends Will Collide In ICBC’s e-Sports & Music Festival Hong Kong

Brought to you by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and the Hong Kong Tourism Board comes the biggest esports event in the region! On the 24th of August onwards, Hong Kong will set the stage for the ICBC e-Sports & Music Festival (EMFHK), bringing the best of music and esports together under one roof.

A number of events will be held during that weekend. The first up being Return of The Legends, a League of Legends tournament featuring 10 of the best League players from North America, Europe, Korea, China, and Russia. The 10 players are split into Team West and Team East, duking it out to finally see which side of the world reigns supreme in League of Legends.

Next is the Hong Kong PUBG World Invitational, a PlayerUnknown’s BattleGrounds tournament featuring 16 of the best teams in the world. It will run for 8 rounds and take place across the Miramar and Erengel maps. Teams participating include Cloud9, Aerowolf and 17Gaming.

Lastly, is the ZOTAC Cup Masters 2018, a Counter Strike: Global Offensive tournament featuring the best teams. The prize pool is at $300,000 US dollars, the highest in ZOTAC Cup Master history. Along with all the tournaments going on, there will also be other attractions at the venue. This includes the Experience Zone, a showcase that allows for attendees to try out the latest games, VR games, gaming accessories and more. There’s also the Hong Kong Computer and Communications Festival happening as well, where attendees can check the latest in tech and more.

The event will take place from the 24th of August until the 27th, and will take place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Price of tickets ranges from HK$ 50 to HK$250. Those interested can check out the website right here.
