Yesterday, ASUS ROG Malaysia launched a plethora of new gaming products in the form of the new ROG Zephyrus GX501, ROG Desktops, and ROG Masters 2017. Take a look below at what each new product or event brings to the table.
ROG Zephyrus GX501V1
ROG Zephyrus offers gamers a slim body profile fitted with high-end gaming desktop hardware, such as the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 with Max Q design, a 7th Generation Intel Core Processor, an optional 120Hz wide-view display and an RGB keyboard. The laptop is ready for preorder and its retail price is placed at RM 15,999.
In the line of desktops, ASUS presented the ROG GT51, which is an overpowered behemoth which features a 4.8GHz Intel Core i7-7700K processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 2-way SLI and 64GB DDR4 2800MHz. These all merge to create a beautiful, stutter free 4K UHD visuals perfect for any game. For overclockers, it has been included with Aegis III three way overclocking technology which enables safe overclocking for GPU, CPU and RAM, all so you can get better performance for your gaming needs.This desktop comes at a hefty price of RM 11,999
On the other end of the spectrum, priced at only RM7,499 the ROG Strix GD30CI is also powered by the latest 7th Generation Intel Core i7 processors, fitted with NVIDIA GTX1080Ti graphics, and a hot swap plug and play 2.5-inch SSD module which is perfect for e-sports. It also comes with an advanced thermal cooling system which provides greater cooling functions and system efficiency. It is also fitted with the Aegis III software for overclockers.
ROG Masters 2017
ASUS ROG annual e-sports event, the ROG Masters 2017 Malaysian Qualifier registration has started for all aspiring Dota 2 and CS: GO teams whereby the qualifying round is held today at 1 Utama, all for the glory of taking home the grand prize of RM100,000.
The Malaysian Qualifier finale will take place this weekend at 1 Utama, New Wing LG Concourse, Malaysia. The winners of this qualifier will go on to compete at the ROG Masters 2017 APAC Qualifier held at SMX Convention Center in Manila, Philippines on 26-29 October 2017, with the Grand Finale taking place back at home in KLCC, Malaysia on 7-10 December 2017.
