The new faction being introduced is called the International Development and Aid Project or IDAP for short, which is an NGO faction that specializes in rapid response unit to humanitarian disasters. The IDAP has its own unique package for its faction as it brings its own van which has multiple variants and liveries which fit a wide variety of roles. They are also equipped with a utility and demining drone, a vests, bags, headgear and facewear, The APERS mine dispenser system and a mini campaign called Dispensers of War

"Take on the role of IDAP explosive specialist Nathan MacDade, who is tasked with identifying and deactivating mines after the war in the Republic of Altis & Stratis has ended," Bohemia explained in the announcement. "While you are being interviewed by an investigative journalist, you will uncover what happened in the town of Oreokastro, experiencing the events from the perspective of various sides, in recollections that span multiple periods of time."

Laws of War will be released next month on Steam and it is already available for pre-order.
