Pokemon fans converged once again is last weekends official launch of the latest Pokemon game in the series, Pokemon Ultra Sun and Moon. Fans of the popular game franchise came down to Lot 10, KL during the weekend for a fun-filled event which saw many players from across different platforms meet-up to commemorate the launch of the latest game in the franchise.
The Pokemon Sun and Moon Launch had a wide variety of activities for the various types of Pokemon players. Card gamers had a fun filled tournament section whereby player brought forth their best decks to battle against other players in order to win official Pokemon merchandises from the game. Players who are new to the game were also welcome to the game with many guides teaching new players on how the game works and plays.
For the more digitally inclined players, there were Pokken DX game lounges where Pokemon players looking for a faster paced action can try out the very first Pokemon fighting game, powered by the Tekken engine. so if you ever fancied watching a Pikachu beat up a Charizard, this is the game to go for.
For onlookers who were not coming for the games, some came for the various cute merchandises which were on sale, whereby official Pokemon plushies and toys can be purchased from the various vendors, as well as Nintendo Switch apparels.
Ending the Pokemon-filled event was the arrival of the famous Pokemon mascot Pikachu, which was a definite crowd favourite, as swarms of fans gathered to take their glorious selfies with the famed electric mouse.
